"I don't seek the office out of a sense of entitlement," Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. plans to say today in New Hampshire when he officially announces he is running for the White House. "I owe America more than she has ever owed me."
Isn't this like the third time he's announced he's running for President now? He ought to cut it out -- seems like each time he announces something like this, he does so at an even worse spot in the polls. He was a lock before he actually decided to run -- but I guess that whole "embrace the Iraq war" thing hasn't really worked out for him, either. That might have something to do with it.
