To be honest, steve porter is very overrated and this set proves it. It's given me a headache and put me off music for the whole day.

This mix is intense, pure energy. No buildups or slowdowns. A perfect party mix. I just finished listening to it; I was doing yard work outside. The music probably made me work twice as fast as i would usually .

thanks herre but to be honest I really did not like this set at all. Steve Porter was awesome back in the day but now he is really overrated. Why kids droll over his mixes, I can never understand. But to each his own I guess.

I thought this mix kicked ass...I used to like Porter a while back...lost my interest ...and has now regained it. This is very reminicent of Danny Howells in his housey/disco-ee stuff with a little Carl Cox...great stuff. Nice change of pace.

He's doing something unique; how many house DJ's can play tracks like this in rapid-fire succession...especially since he also edits many of them down.

Not trying to change your mind, just stating why.
