I was there too with Ben. We ran into each other before we entered and kept in touch the entire night. I even spoke to Kamal on the phone and told him about our forunate event.

All in all, Sasha turned that fucker out. It was awesome getting in at 3:30 PM and seeing Sasha warming up the club. When does that happen??!? I didn't dig Three's sound so much but he played techier than I like, so I think it's just a matter of personal preference. It was also funny watching DJ Three fight with the bouncer outside trying to convince him that he's the warmup DJ. The bouncer told him, "Yeah right, the warm up DJ's already in there."

It was so friggin' dark in there it was unbelieveable but once you got used to it, it was alright. Coming out for a smoke was unbearable since it was still bright outside. Also, having Sasha just walk around with the clubbers and act like a normal guy instead of a demi-god that's up on a stage was cool too. Seriously, how many girls were trying to talk to Sasha?

The music was awesome. The venue was awesome. Sasha was awesome.

I did get to Sasha for free a few years ago at a "Big D.J, Small club" event sponsered by Benson and Hedges. Two free drinks tickets were given out as well. One of my best nights out.
