Eh, whatever. I just woke up. Bad spelling doesn't change my point. If Wu Tang isn't your thing that's cool, but there is a lot of knowledge on a variety of levels in their music and it's silly to write them off with some sort of stereotype. Not to mention that music that they put out some 10-12 years ago is better than a lot of what is released today.

Wu-Tang is intelligent music as opposed to the typical gangster crap that you hear on the radio and everywhere else.

I would add Jurassic 5 and the Roots to that list, too, for those of you that like hip hop but get tired of hearing rappers go on and on about: (1) hos (2) their sexual exploits (3) general thuggery.

does anyone on hear like public enemy, a tribe called quest, jungle brothers, ice cube, NWA, Ice T?? these are some of the artists i used to listen to. i will try think of the others i used to listen to and get back to ya

^ ^ I was never a fan of that stuff but was a huge fan of early electro from the early 80s and since then, I've come to respect older rap compared to all of the shit that's out now. I'm not a fan, but I appreciate the fact that they knew what melody and synch was back then as opposed to now. It's a sad, sad day when you see these kids in t-shirts down to their knees.

My fav 3 would have to be public enemy, Jungle brothers, Ice Cube..Still have alot of their cd's from late 80's to early 90's.. i only got stuckinto electronic music around 1997-98.. before that it was all rap and R&B.. now days it the opposite..
