    Actually, he's an ALJ (Administrative Law Judge) that presides over administrative hearings, so he may or may not actually wear a robe or sit at the huge podiums you normally associate with court.

    Not that that makes a lick of difference, though, because "I didn't get to wear my magic pants" does not equal $67 million, or $67,000, or even $67, no matter where you're sitting. Fucking ridiculous. The nerve on this guy.

                      the news said he could be disbarred since he is a judge for bringing forward this case, lets hope that happens.
