Dunno what you all see in this mix. It is not bad and I listened not completely to it so far I must admit but the 1st 40 minutes sound like a snoozefest for me and the typical kind of "beginning of the gig mix" Johns plays on his show to tease people.
I agree, what may sound like a snoozfest, might have been the fucking best start-up tracks Digweed has played for people at fabric...having them moving and groovin all over. Not ZZzzzzz'ing. Loudness makes a difference imo.
My receiver has a "Hall" effect. With my headphones on and the volume up around 50, shit sounds dope!

hearing digweed play like this for 3 hour @ pawnshop for WMC on that sound system me and jibgolly gave each other hand relief that entire time till the peak tracks came in around 4am
digs 3 hr warmuppance was delightful.
i swear that bushwacka track 'remember' was the cannon that switched tempos around 3am though.
from that point on the apocalypse was upon us!
