They had a segment on this on CNN this morning. Evidently, he's a recovering alcoholic and has had a rough go of it recently. He actually asked his daughter to film him the next time he got falling down drunk like this, and that's what you're seeing, from about 3 months ago. Not sure if he wanted it broadcast all over the internet and they didn't really speak to how that came to pass, but he's apparently not that upset about it getting out and has been very candid in its wake about viewing it as a way to put pressure on himself to straighten up.
