Very good commercials in fact, I would like them to be run in Germany, for I hope someone about to drive drunk remembers them and turns off his car and gets a fucking cab.

That first ad is part of the new Road campaign going on here. We have had ads like that for years and to be honest i dont really think they work. Most of the accidents happan in the countryside where the roads are shitty and the people drive home pissed after the pub.

                Sad stuff really.

^^^ I think the reason people wouldn't take as much notice of these even though they are pretty horrifying is that both of them would be very unusual accidents. Not too many kids get hit by cars in their own back yard.

I could be wrong but I think the TAC adds we ran here were the first of this kind and they were effective because they showed the actual effects of everyday type accidents. There was no pretty music or slow mo type stuff in them, they were gritty real life type adds. Everyone who watched them could identify. In fact there were a lot people who were really upset by them because someone they knew had died that way. They were brilliant but heart rending adds! Our road toll dropped substantially.

I couldn't find some of the ones I wanted, but if you have ever lived in the Australian country areas that one really rings bells.!!
