just ordered a sound card from ebay last week and on the face of it looked like a complete bargain untill it arrived with the packaging not marked as a "gift" so now i have to pay another $50 to get the bloody thing out of the mail services warehouse, thats a $50 i dont have so i,m having to send it back , man that sucks but on the bright side though by the time i get my money back etc etc i,ll have enough money to get a better sound card
lol thats quite a hefty round, lucky if i spend a fiver a week on booze unless im out
and as for the soundcard thing.....welll..... i just ended up paying for it.....thought i was gettin a bargain but as it turns out i,ve just payed the same amount of cash as i would of for it over here

thats why you always specify to the seller in a seperate email that you want the package labled as a GIFT, before purchasing. if they're not willing to do it, then you don't buy from 'em.
and there are definitely bargains to be had on ebay. friend just picked up two cdj 1000 mk3s + a djm 600 for about 3k canadian (all new). saved himself nearly $1000...
correct, due to this idiot not marking it as a gift i had to pay around $50 US ( ?24 UK ) to get the parcel out of the mail warehouse, gutted, i should of emailed the buyer b4 hand to make sure he was going to mark it as a gift and if he wasnt then it would of been just and cheap to buy it directly from the UK
Why is it the sellers fault? Why should he have to know the import regulations for every country? These are amatuer folks selling stuff on ebay, not profession merchants. IMO, It's Red's fualt for not asking him to label it as a gift.
