no, they might have licensed the tracks for the mix, but after a while the license expires.

hence the reason you can not buy rabbit in the moon remixes vol 1 and 2 anymore.

lol i swear they are copyrighted by the magazine, just because the magazine gives them free with a magazine doesnt meen to say that everyone who didnt buy the magzine/copyright_to_own_the_cd should also be able to get a copy

the tracks the doors play at their show are copyrighted right?

so how does bootleggers not get hit with copyright?

well it seems that if it was a live performance or GIVEN away for free(meaning that the cd was NEVER for sale, nor can be bought anywhere) then trading is allowed.

ok put it this way.....legally what do u have to do to get a copy of the cd? yea thats right...buy the magazine, just because its a live recording or whatever doesnt meen that it should be given away for free so the magazine OWNS the copyright for the recording, trust me, these ARE copyrighted
