I haven't listened to that part yet...But if it is a male vocal that says "do it again" it is most likely "The Chemical Brothers - Do it again (Audion Remix).

Finally got to listen to this - awesome : JD is bang on form, looks like I'll have to catch him at Space again in July - that sound system is just made for this music.
