one thing I've heard work for some people is taking Melatonin - natural hormone in the body that is synthesized a lot during sleep. Despite a lot of scientific info on it, it's under the realm of "alternative therapies" and not approved by standard medical therapy...

But cutting back on the AIDS cock is probably not a bad idea either
