didn't you just buy torq awhile ago Caley? lol. a friend of mine bought torq...then sold it 4 days later.

Yeah, I had bought Torq back in December, only got around to using starting these past few months... it got the job done, but felt too "Playskool" for my liking. I wanted to use something more professional and something that would establish a legacy, like Serato Scratch... Traktor Scratch seemed like the next best option.

My issues with Torq consist of not being able to customize the GUI much, god damned .tqd files after each mp3 analysis, LOOOOOOOONG stretch between updates and announcements pertaining to software. Traktor has been out less than three weeks, and already there have been two software updates... that to me shows a commitment to the development and listening of customer feedback. You hardly get a peep about anything from the Torq developers on their forum...

So onwards and upwards IMO.

Does anybody want to purchase Torq??

Yeah, I had Torq before this, so I can definitely appreciate the ease of downloading a track and playing it in a matter of minutes! I can't wait to unlock the full potential of this hardware/software combo that Traktor Scratch offers...
