Here is a helpful tip...If you are using a Macbook/Macbook Pro....Plug Traktor Scratch/Serato into the USB port(USB 1) closest to you(The front of the laptop)...If you plug it into USB 2, you will get USB dropout. Dropout, for those who have no idea what this is, is when the signal gets cut out. When the signal drops out, it will cause the track that is playing to "pop" and when you are in the mix, it will cause one of the records to skip. This really sucks if you forget to plug into USB 1 and are playing out somewhere...Also, plugging into USB 2 will cause you to really fight with your mixes, making it really tough to cue up and mix a tune...So remember, kids, ALWAYS PLUG TRAKTOR SCRATC/SERATO INTO THE USB 1 PORT!

Thanks for the tip...i discovered that a few years back when i started with FS1.5.
I use a Powerbook 1.67.
Its the same thing,gotta use USB 1, next to the card slot or or it will drop out.

I am loving it so far! Definitely can't wait for the Traktor 3.3 update, where I can add Traktor Scratch on top of two more decks, for loops etc...
