ABOUT $3.40 $3.55 for the cheapest here in L.A. I have no idea what the highest octane is. I dont bother looking at that price.

Yep we're at $3.55 for the cheapest in San Diego, at least is has been going down the last 3 days...last weekend the cheap stuff was $3.60

Well it's predicted to go to AU$1.50 a litre here next week so just under $5.00.US

There's no plus to that at all. You end up having Homer McToothless approach you and then lots of those fucks will top off the tank and let it spill. Useless.

if the government really wanted to garner back some support, they would waive the stupid taxes on the gas for a month or two. shit, the tax is almost a buck in itself.

I thought I saw the breakdown of the taxes and state and federal added up to something like 68% of the total price per gallon.

a gallon ≅ 3.78 liters.
a liter costs here 1.41 euro ($1.90). so a gallon would cost $7.18

I was just about to say that^^^ Luckily I can get it on base for like $3.50 a gallon, but if I'm traveling anywhere i have to fork over the dough. It sux. It's like $80-90 bucks to fill up my car off base, and I only drive a Maxima.
