you know where you can scroll through and pick out the quality ones from the shit ones. My music folder stays swole with quality sets, cuz years of forum browsing + downloading sets have honed my skills to almost perfection.

HELL YES!!! I spend a lot of time going through a bunch of forums (good way to avoid work) and I get into it a lot...I check 4 or 5 forums every day like email. sometimes more.

Yeah sometimes i can get some gems. But i always look for stuff with tracklists. I mean just because it might be a certain dj is not all i go on. Tracklists def helps. Also i am very carefull with mixes that have alot of hype. Sometimes i have downloaded mixes like that and have been very dissapointed.. But yeah tracklists are more the ones i go for..

I go with the DJs I'm familiar with, tracklists, or responses.

Yeah that's the problem, there's more music than time. If there're too many sets sitting around, I skip through them and if I don't hear anything that catches my ear, off to the bin. If I catch something good, I'll keep the set to play back and listen fully.

a lot of the times you can look at the venue too and just know the set is gonna be nasty. platenlegger seems to always have sick sets by big artists.

True ive d/l some stinkers but i think overall i can pick out some quality sets. I do have a quick look at the tracklist and i always seem to pick sets with a build up.

I d/l Dj's I like, but I love finding someone new !! If you're Argentinian I'm going to d/l you at the moment I tend to take recommendations from people in forums whose tastes seem to be similar to mine. Love tracklists but for mr they are more a learning experience. Some of the radio shows are a rich source, frisky and proton are great.

I NEVER go on the hype, as I always find that if people are bigging it up then I won't like it. It happens all the time, and I guess I'm just not into a lot of the dj's that people on here and GU are. For instance, I've never read a bad review about a Luke Fair, Paolo Mojo or Digweed set, but I'd never download them because I never rate their sets.

think its all down the the amount you download compared to the amount of time you get to listen to it i think i maybe download to much or have a more varied taste currently work a twelve hour day as a printer ipod comes in very handy tho!!!!!!!

usualy not. I'll go with the familiar names or responses but to be honest I (almost) stopped d/l-ding a few months ago couse theres stil about 10 gigs I havent listened yet
