Anyone watch the pitching duel between Smoltz and Glavine last night? Holy shit, what a game! It felt like it was October already. Braves up 2-0 in the 9th, the Mets score 1 and then with a runner on 3rd for the Mets and 2 outs... Wickman pulls out the save. What a great way for Smoltz to win his 200th game, by shutting out the Mets through 7 innings. Hell yeah! Can't get much better than getting to see Smoltz vs Maddux, then a month later seeing Smoltz vs Glavine.

well the braves seem to have the mets number, they cant expect to stay on top of the nl east when they cant seem to beat anyone else.
and glavine didnt have any run support at all tonight and at this rate will hit 300 wins later than sooner this season...
