huh...man! Yeah I probably am. I totally didn't remember until today that you're friends with all of them, else I would've asked them to introduce me...ah well, perhaps another opportunity in the future

Billy gave me a promo copy of the new Siteholder release, pretty good stuff

if you weren't there, you shouldn't be talking about the dj's at DEMF, when dj's are constantly changing the ways they play live. So Hawtin can have his really sucky days, and then his really brilliant days, just like any other dj.

was this directed at me? i can only assume it was, lately as in the past year till now what i stated previously is certainly the case. richie hawtin right now is boring as shit, he said recently in a interview he's always in the library trying to learn german and not really focusing on music and it shows. meanwhile you have michael mayer spinning some new shit like the mfa difference it makes superpitcher remix and some indie rock electro shit that sounds wicked, and steve bug has always been class and gets better and better.

Yeah B. It was kinda directed at ya. No hard feelings. It's just funny when people talk about dj's when they are not even seeing them. I seriously doubt i'll get to see Ritchie unless I get out of Ohio. And then, he better be fucking good or i'll let him know.

When you coming back to ohio dude. We need to hang.

Have you heard the seminal classic "Voodoo Ray"? How about 808 State? Gerald was a founding member of 808 state (was instrumental in creating their classic track "Pacific State") until his solo single voodoo ray broke in the late 80s/early 90s. A true legend.

ah yes indeedy, he is a mighty good dj as well. Was fortunate to catch him several times, including once at a converted cavernous bank in Brooklyn where he rocked the house.
