Look,

I know it's great that you want more of a participative audience on this site in order to access the downloads page, but is it really necessary? Don't get me wrong, i love to read the posts and find some very informative. But wouldn't you rather have people posting quality material rather than quantitative?

Don't take my stance the wrong way... I think if someone does have some brilliant information, then by all means spread the wealth. Knowledge is power, and a heads up on something is well appreciated in my book.

I do think however that this required posting rule will either turn away some of your audience or lead to the creation of postings that are sub-par to this wonderful site's standards.

Anyone with me?
