IMHO... a simple FUCK ME with period and quotes at the end.
That pretty much works either direction and in almost every occassion. It all depends on how you say and pronounce it. Nothing too large nor too small. If your worried about being too blantant publicly you can replace the U with # - F#CK ME and it still gets the point and idea across, somewhere between PG13 and R-rated.
To this day, people still can't figure out my old - FCUK (French Connection UK) T-shirts. The still interpret that as FUCK no matter where I go. Its only the brave ones that ask if they misspelled my T-shirt on purpose. You'd be amazed on most people especially out and about partying or clubbing would they say.
