cdr's

[Jibgolly]

i can understand the desire for colored cdr's

but i'll never understand why black is one of the colors.

correct me if i'm wrong, isn't 98% of the worlds blank cdr labelling done with black markers?

Re: cdr's

Dunno about black-black, but used to use these Mitubishi CDrs, they were sort of dark grey/reflective and they rock

Re: cdr's

CDRs are so 2000

Re: cdr's

these are just as black as that guy slapping a meat patty on a bun whilst you sit in a drive thru.

Re: cdr's

White markers?

[Jibgolly]

Re: cdr's

cant say i've ever seen one. or looked for one.

Re: cdr's

white out, imo

[Jibgolly]

Re: cdr's

i thought about white out, but it dries as lumps not a flat surface.
anyone who sticks a cd with whiteout on it, in to a cdj is actually worthy of Florida's death penalty.

[Garrick]

Re: cdr's

the toxic fumes will clean the cdj out for you, tho.

Re: cdr's

use these type of markers. "Clikers" is what I used to call them in my hoodlum days.. Sanford, Pilot, Sakura..

Or you can try these... "mean Streaks" is what I used to call them in my hoodlum days.. Used them for hitting up Buses, with the big black windows, these "crayons" were fucking ace.

They're like a soft pastel, permanent and writes on anything. ONly thing is, might be kinda like white out. But not as clumpy, actually it would be fine, I've used them on cd's before.

Re: cdr's

don't label it IMO
then you can pass it off as Unknown - Unknown and look like a topshit DJ

Re: cdr's

i just label my cd's in my dj booklet as the date and how many cd's I made that day.

Yeah black ones are weird, but most of the time they have a place where you can write something on them.

Re: cdr's

you know what else pisses me off about cdrs? only certain kinds will work in my discman. i bought a pack of fujifilm ones yesterday because they usually work, but these ones keep giving me errors. maybe i should buy one of those dumbass ipods...
