i thought about white out, but it dries as lumps not a flat surface.

use these type of markers. "Clikers" is what I used to call them in my hoodlum days.. Sanford, Pilot, Sakura..
Or you can try these... "mean Streaks" is what I used to call them in my hoodlum days.. Used them for hitting up Buses, with the big black windows, these "crayons" were fucking ace.
They're like a soft pastel, permanent and writes on anything. ONly thing is, might be kinda like white out. But not as clumpy, actually it would be fine, I've used them on cd's before.
you know what else pisses me off about cdrs? only certain kinds will work in my discman. i bought a pack of fujifilm ones yesterday because they usually work, but these ones keep giving me errors. maybe i should buy one of those dumbass ipods...
