this is the country i live in... so increably irritating.. the best part is that all the time and money it took to process her case and to send her into jail came out of tax payers pockets while kids in the same city of la dont have the school books they need... jesus fucking christ.

fact is she was drunk driving twice - once on probation - and she should do the same time that everyone else in CA should do if they were caught in the same situation.

Lets see the records of the previous 100 consecutive cases- and see what punishments they got - I bet they did more than 45 days in jail.
