And therein lies the problem with most companies, their employees have no care for the company. Seems to me they don't really do much to keep you interested in your job.

Best fecking job I ever had payed shit...6$ hour...but it was nothing but hanging out in a guitar center and getting good discounts on everything you still couldn't afford because of the shit pay. But I had the best fecking boss you could ever hope to get. Totally layed back rocker type guy who drove a Porsche and loved 80's metal...we got along great.

problem is bro, I also work at a french pastry shop in german village, its a small family owned business and i actually feel ownership there, they pay great and what i put in i get out later (higher raises, bonuses, etc.) So i was investing all my "i give a fuck" over there which only left me with about 25% "i give a fuck" to distribute between my other job at the container store and school and other life matters, so i think when it was time to go into work there i was only rollin in with like 2% "i give a fuck" hardly an ample amount for a place like that.

guitar center is awesome, everyone there is mad chill but its hard to get a job there, i didn't know you worked there, thats wicked. sam ash looks chill too and sound ideas fell off HARD

they basically went from being a respectable stop for dj and production equipment to being a run down shop with stage lighting shit and tons of fog juice where the dj stuff was, their production equipment room hasn't been upgraded in like 13+ months, a bunch of key people quit (one of the guys is over at guitar center, i went there and we were laughing at how bad it is at sound ideas now), and overall its just a bad scene in there now, if you havn't been in there since last year, i would say def. stop in for a laugh at what it is now. They are at mixers with knobs falling off status, the whole store is lolz

you were right, this place is fucking lame. I quit yesterday and my 60 day review is sunday, i told them to go fuck themselves, the whole crew there is lame and pretentious as shit, its all housewives and lame mall rat types, people there get mad when you don't want to hang out outside of work, these bitches were paying me 10.50/hr. to walk around and straighten shit on their shelves and talk to customers, problem is straightening shit hours on end is fucking lame and the croc wearing suburbanites who shop there are all assembly line like pretentious lames. They told me that they think i'm just going through the motions and don't really care about the company or sales goals, i'm like NO SHIT YOU PLEBIAN , I COME FROM THE SCHOOL OF FUCK YOU PAY ME. I mean if the goal for the day is $30,000 i don't care if the store makes it or not because at the end of my 5 hour shift i've made 10.50 x 5 minus assrape columbus ohio taxes, NOT $30,000 or anything even close, THIS AINT THE NBA MUTHAFUCKA, so don't blame me for getting low in the store and not running around with a giant ass smile on my face ready to push the artificial need for hyper organization that the container store created on to croc wearing suburbanites. Fuck this place, i tried to make this marriage work but I need my divorce, these bitches are going down.

Forgot how it was have shit job after shit job throughout college. At least you have
enough sense to get out of that container store. Hang in there you'll back on those
days when you have a real career and have to actually care about EVERYTHING
in relation to its success that those days of mindless jobs were not to bad.
