Its kinda funny, Nation is just one of those venues that set a high standard on clubbing nothing will compare. 9:30 large room, lights are week, sound o.k. at best, it does the trick but nothing like Nation. Best new venue I've been to LOVE NYC.

it just doesn't seem like 9:30 could host anyone on the level of Digweed or Lawler without the place being packed beyond any reasonable person's comfort level. Plus, like you said, the lighting is pretty weak. Good venue for a band, but for a club night, I'm curious how well that would work.
