Luke Fair is my hero in 2004. Not really new but I think making some serious ground this year into baller status.

Derek Howell along with Joshua Michael produced a hell of great tracks and they were two names that I haven't been aware of.

Benz and MD were on the scene but they did a bunch of great tracks also

Finally I believe that a producer / Dj that we have to keep an eye on is Kosmas Epsilon..looking forward listening to his release on Deep Records.He constantly improves both his production and Dj skills.
