cuz tonight, while watching the yanks take 8 in a row, and switching to the mets losing again (they are in a serious slump, losing like 10 of 13 right now) i flip over to baseball tonight just in time to see them flip over to justin verlanders mark on history, a no hittier. looks like JV was simply fasball dominant. good K count, lots ground balls to the infeild. awesome. i love this game. everyday , there are at least 4 games. can u ask for more?

oh and on another yankees note.. i remebered another reason why i hate the yankees... unlike almost every team in the majors or any basebal time for that matter, when a starting pitcher.. and a good one at that gets killed, the team would really rally around that or at least pretend that they were.. maybe i jsut havent seen it or they do it in their own way, but the yankess dont seem to do anything. maybe an example of there lack of team comrodery? i think so..

aint that the truth.

that's my biggest problem with dave duncan, guy is a genious with resurecting old pitchers careers, but to this day hasn't developed one young pitcher with loads of talent.
