OMFG.
luke , and i left early was really good to start... BUT... the poor kid had to actually lower the BPM by 4-5 within the first two tunes because peopleNYC clearly didnt ask thier opening DJs what style they played. they blew DONKEY BALLS> the whiter kid was posing more then mixing and thier set was trance crap at the end and they were playing like they are closing for judge jules....... i told the one guy they sucked.
but fair, and i only caught the first hour and a half, was spot on. once he captured back the BPM and groove it was everything you want from the fair. damn, gerber, fair, etc... ie. all these big, non-superstar DJ, are amazing right now. moving forward, playing deep but jacking and groovey.. spot on luke.your life is an occasion, rise to it.

Now that I'm finally out of my birthday/father( to be)'s day stupor, I say thankee for the birthday wishes everyone...it was a good one and was great seeing those of you out who could make it. I had many drinks that I'm sure covers all of you a few times over
as for Luke, the boy is spot on and pure quality. As sightless said, they set him up horribly and after bringing the bpm into his zone (masterfully), his music was billiant and he's quite a nice guy to boot. I'm just disappointed I had no energy to catch his surprise sunday night set at Le Souk last night
