    SUGGESTION For Those Listing Mixes

May i make the suggest that when mixes are loaded a small note is added to describe the style of music that the mix is composed of, or including the style in the Description box. Thanks!

a second suggestion if i may:

freecache the links so the site you're linking from doesn't get raped as hard.

all you have to do is add http://freecache.org/ to the front of the link.

the way freecache works is that it makes a copy of the downloading file on your local isp's cache server. therefore if someone geographically close to you using the same isp requests the file, they get the cached copy, thus giving them a faster transfer and saving the source server bandwidth.

I just spent a few minutes reading the forum over at the address you gave. Sounds good, though there may be some downtime at times. It makes good sense if they can keep it secure. Thanks for the idea. How has it worked for you dersuuzala?

yeah, it's definitely a cool idea. it's weird though, it was slashdotted a while back yet i see barely anyone using it.

come to think of it robprunzit, if you're really curious about the performance of freecache try shooting an email to the folks at textone about it. they freecache all their download links.
