I won't be back until next Tuesday, so if Get Carter is the correct answer, I would appreciate of someone else posts a new cap for me
^^ Search engines like Google or Yahoo are using bots to index websites. They are basically doing the same an unregistered user is doing..visit the site and check out the pages available there. In opposite to a human user, bots check out every detail of a site and store links so people get better search results. The more popular a board becomes, the more bots (also called spiders) are lurking around. You can see them on the Forum index at the bottom in the stats..they are always here lol. Sometimes more sometimes less but they are always checking for updates.
For example today we so far had 1.043 visitors (guests), 2.006 Yahoo! Slurp Spiders, 13 MSNBot Spiders and 1 Google Spider checking out www.mercuryserver.com.
