two amazing club nights in two different cities/states seperated by 500 miles of interstate 75
anyone who was at the atlanta party left a changed person. i know the gallons of whiskey, numerous eX tablets, and red jelly mescalines that led up to and took place during and in between these events may have had something to do with the mind altering aural experience. but i hold digweed responsible for fucking me senseless those two nights.

Omen in Frankfurt was an awesome club, especially when sven vath was playing.

I was wrong with august, but he is playing at the arches 1. september. You can see it on his site.

I heard LA is the place to be now... The best show I ever saw was Diggers 12 hours marathon set in the Palace 2002-2003 NYE. The last 2 hours were interesting very minimal sound.

That was such a good night. The first two 12 hours NYE shows he did here are by far my favs.

Renaissance nights at the Bomb (Nottingham) were pretty good - very intimate. Sasha played a blinder to 300 people in 2004 with the very capable Marcus James on the undercard. Hernan and JZ played there a few times too.

Saw JZ 4 hour set at the bomb, and infusion live! Amazing vibe in there, with VERY low ceilings

And yeah... Room 1 of heaven for Bedrock (not that ive been to any of their "other" club nights on offer mind!), cant wait for October...

Aside from many many WMC days/nights/afterhours and everything in between, my personal favorite clubnight at home has to be back on Thanksgiving eve/day (November) 2001 when I began the evening with Sasha & Digweed with Jimmy Van M opening for them at Cipriani's NYC. One hell of a lightshow with sound that did the most it could in a room that cavernous...music & atmosphere was top-notch of course with the boys just starting their Delta Heavy tour...made for a hell of a night!

As if that wasn't enough, when they stopped a bit after 6 (and I was still good for some more ) I walked over to Sound Factory to catch Danny Tenaglia doing another of his usual marathon sets and managed to close that one out around 5-6 in the afternoon.

...oh, the memories...now that's what it's all about

The best night of my life. I was single, had over 15 drinks, and the music was wicked.

Seb came out in a winter expedition jacket and just fucking rocked the club. It is a huge venue, the music was ace, the sound was ace, the girls hot, the drinks stiff, and the service excellent.

Mind you, this was before he want whack. The prototype years. It was just a smooth night, and it never ended. Best club night to date.
