yeah electric calm, especillaly the 2nd one can do it to you. Or GU 024 by Nick Warren.
Though, I find it's much easier to fall asleep listening to TV or movies - it's boring. Puts one to sleep in no time. And music's always interesting keeps you alerted.Comment

i avoid music when i go to sleep because every time i play a cd in that situation i want to finish it, cant help ... i like books the best personally ...

Some proper handsintheair trance. There was this set that was great for dozing off too, had Skydive and loads of other classics; can't remember what it was now. Anyway listening to that through headphones when really tired was quite a weird experience.Comment
