I love falling asleep to some of the more laid back, progressive break'ish sets by Digital Witchcraft.
Another personal fav is Global Underground 25 - Deep Dish (CD1). Such a groovy ride. Sets the mood nicely for dreamin'.Comment

Brian Eno 'Apollo'
Someone has done a progressive bootleg of 'A Landing'. The original was also used as the end theme of Traffic. The CD is great though it may be worth seeing if it gets the 'retransfer' rerelease that his other CDs are getting.
Peter Gabriel 'Passion', 'Long Walk Home'
Soundtracks to 'Last Temptation of Christ' and 'Rabbit Proof Fence'. Both mostly instrumental and both great.
Neil Young 'Dead Man'
Instrumental guitar 'texture' soundtrack with bits of movie dialogue.
Vangelis 'Blade Runner'
I'm sure this will have had a mention already, but I didn't read the whole thread!
KLF 'CHill Out'
Not really music, but you'll wake up whistling Acker Bilk not knowing why.

Also...
Kruder and Dorfmeister 'K&D Sessions'
Spiritualized 'Ladies and Gentlemen, we are floating in space' or 'Complete Works Vol 2'
Bob Dylan 'Pat Garret and Billy the Kid'
DJ Shadow 'Entroducing' or 'Private Press'
David Bowie 'Low'
... actually I could go on forever as I think I can sleep to almost any music.
