My office isn't paying me nearly as much as they should....so....I'm leaving..In fact, tomorrow, I will be on paid vacation for 2 weeks, and when I come back, I work for a week and a half then I'm done with them...Now, they are frantic, trying to figure out all of the functions that I do on a daily basis and who will be responsible for them once I leave..Funny stuff. They should have compensated me for the amount of work I did for them...Now they are screwed..

I can't gripe one bit about the pay, for the area that I live in it's really great pay. But I have been thinking of looking around. The only problem I have is that it takes me four minutes to get home and I am hourly. I do a lot of overtime and also call, some weeks are busier than others though, but I only have a mortgage and water, electric so everything else is gravy! Plus my benefits are paid for!
