Re: I'm quitting....
so after a couple delayed weeks, i finally managed to actually 'start' quitting. i'm on day 13 now and i've been sleeping so much better than when i was a full time toker. i've been reading books everyday (currently on Capote's 'In Cold Blood') and i feel a little better i guess. haven't noticed any major changes other than the wild and elaborate dreams i've been having. and actually remembering them when i wake up too. i have to admit, though, while giving up one vice i've gone back to old faithful: Pepsi. i just love it too much. plus being absolutely drug (and alcohol) free makes me need one vice. although i think this is a mental addiction more than physical.
whoever said "pot uses you" was definitely right. i've come to realise that could not be any more true. i won't quit smoking forever, but for now i needed to and that quote has helped me a lot.
so again, thank you everyone who contributed worthwhile advice.
