why is EVERYONE hating on sander? he should come out with a cd titled "THIS IS FOR EVERYBODY HATING ON ME FUCKAZ!!", fact is, sander is an absolute badman. That cover is badass and sander is badass, so how can this cd go wrong? if both discs don't absolutely smash it, then sander is officially a has been, but i don't think that will happen.

because the last time I saw him live he played domo arigato and sledgehammer. he has officially been a hasbeen for a while imo. ever since he decided to play club music instead of EDM

His productions have definately gone west, but I liked his two Everybody CD's - played them the other week and they still sounded fresh, so I'll be checking this new one out.

^^^ His gig here last year was one of the major disappointments of my life. He was as boring as the proverbial. !! His 2001 EM is one of my favourite pieces of music, But I can't forgive him for The Fruit.

Saw him in DEC '01 at the Gatecrasher Summer Sound System gig( later aired on JJJ mix-up and in my books as good as his '01 EM effort)

In what way was he boring? Was it the style of music he now plays, uninspired programming/mixing or both???

^^^ I'd say my main issue would be the type of music. Which in turn would be uninspired programming for me. Mixing I didn't notice so it was probably alright. I loved what he did in 01 but not what he does now.

He probably branched out like this to play the stuff he likes and to resist pigeon-holing of any sort (esp. after reading the P.R. stuff for this effort). Pity though because back in 2001 for me has was sort of "out-Sashaing" Sasha, if you get what I mean.

Sander went downhill after the EMs. Peaked too soon!

I too lost interest in Sander K along time ago.....around 2003. His Nubreed was great as well as his 2001 EM. Also LOVED the 'Essential Mix' album he did in 2002. I also saw him live when he toured for that cd, it was one of the better shows i had been to at the time, and for sometime afterwards..... Once he changed his style though, i didn't dig him anymore...

That being said, I am actually looking quite forward to this cd, because the tracklisting looks pretty good, and I have a few of the tracks on there..... Maybe Sander is back to playing quality choons...... we will see.....
