i hate having to hurry in the shower. don't mind taking a quick shower but only because i want to, not because i have to. shower is what wakes me up in the morning!

I already put my two weeks notice in...So, I wasn't too worried, but felt like I should have been..My boss is cool though, he didn't care...I got there and he had people doing my work, haha.

I'm late about 95% of the time. funny since I work from home... instead of getting up at the same time I normally would've I eventually started sleeping until ~8:15-8:30. I also stop working 30-60 mins early... no big deal though. I've gotten $1000 in bonuses this month from my boss and from his boss for doing a good job, so it's not affecting my performance. plus i'm on call 24x7 and am frequently working many hours during the nights and weekends. it's pretty much a flex schedule where I don't have to tell my boss my hours, and he's ok with it

I appreciate that puctuality is important when you're in a position where people need your presence to get things done and your tardiness shouldn't be the reason for holding things back. But I'm not in a such a position and I work as late as it's needed to get my shit done so I don't really care about showing up on the dot (within reasonable limits I guess). If put in a position where I have to show up on the dot, I'll leave on the dot too since we don't have a policy for overtime pay in this country.
