I too get up fast and just rush myself, I hate it. It's usually because Im dreaming so I cant wake up until I just snap out of it.

For the past 3 months I've been getting to work almost 30 min earlier, some bitch was taking my favorite pkg spot, had to put an end to that bullshit!. Now I arrive regular time and she's nowhere to be found haha, my spot bitch1

When I was interning part time at this one company I slept through an entire shift; I woke up exactly when I should have been punching out, lol
