The girl next to me on the plane yesterday had a MacBook. Fucking ugly and tiny. That thing would be annoying. I guess she was too poor to pony up for a decent laptop.
I grew up with Macs. My first computer was when the very first Mac came out. I've used Windows based systems and Macs and have found good and bad in each. The main problem I have with a Mac is customizability. I'm the summabitch that when I do finally buy a Mac, I'm going to rip it out of its case and pick the one that I want. I'm annoyed by all of the white too. I'm not a fan of white electronics. I'm heterosexual, goddamnit!
With a company like Apple, they can still have mad quality with the quantity they produce. It's not like they make limited edition computers or something like that. LOL.
the only thing that bugs me about the 17" is that the batteries don't last long at all. My Toshiba laptop I can get the damn battery to last 4 hours on the full charge. Awesome!!!
