There's two of them.

Download K-Lite Codec Pack 18.6.5 FULL, STANDARD and BASIC : K-Lite Codec Pack is a comprehensive selection of codecs

I have not used the first one listed but I have used the klite on my Vista box before the reformat. I'm not running it at the present though.
