how do you think most of your new buildings coming up come about. From regional planners getting with the builders and working on how the building should be.

either way, there is little, if any, direct communication between regional planners and builders.

Yep he does... but now he's relaunched it as www.lovevinylrecords.com Still the same place to get all kinds of great tunes, different genres, etc. just a whole new look. The old evolving records website will redirect you there. My understanding is Seth runs it all himself...John is still around and they're friends as before, it's just their professional goals kinda set them on separate paths a while back.

For real, this year some of us Ohio [ms] people should get together....there's a good group of us around

Well I just got it confirmed that on the 18th of September, DJ Quantum and myself will be tearing it up on the patio of Spice from 10PM till the place shuts down, which is around 2:15AM. Should be a fun time. He's celebrating his birthday and I'm celebrating my new realeases on MAR186!!!
