Just wanted to say FUCK YEAH about tomorrows SW4 in London.

Has potential to be the best ever, and frankly it's already the best festival/event in London. Diggers, Sasha, Jimmy Van M, Sander Klienenberg, Steve Lawler, Josh Wink and Hernan all going to be smashing the hell out of the Bedrock tent. Just sad it'll all be over in 48 hours

Looks like the good weather has coincided with SW4 - I'd considered going but ain't a fan of festivals ... being old and miserable I'm going to a small dank dark club (Sankeys) to see Sasha next weekend instead. But hey, don't let me spoil your fun - you enjoy the sunshine and the sounds !

Absolutely ridiculously good.


Only bad point...Lawler very disappointing...really up and down. Played maybe 2 decent tunes but ,mostly just wank.

Happily he was first on, and after that it just got better and better. Saw Smokin' Jo who played nice, downtempo, techy stuff leading into Hernan; the first half of his set was unreal. Not nearly as trancey as his latest stuff would suggest, but thought i was gonna pass out at one point cos it was sooooooo hot in the tents no other contributing factors obviously, lol!). Josh Wink was sick, sick, sick. Dirty, minimal, acidy beats and possibly some of the sclickest mixing I've seen live...missed out on Sasha but don't care at all as at festivals he's always been a bit weak. Diggers rounded things off as you'd expect, consistent as ever.

ANYONE in London next year should make the effort...it's consistently the best day there is, anywhere.

But yes, I do feel sad it's over...only a month till Bedrock though!

One bad point of the day, Jimmy Van M didnt even fucking turn up. Even if he had of he was due on first and they didnt open the gates till half way through what would have been his set.. Apart from that it was a perfect day in all respects!

just got back from my trip down south SW4 was awesome the weather was amazing had a great great time! I agree Steve Lawler was dissapointing never really got his shit going! Hernan was amazing another solid performance 2 weekends on the bounce ive seen him he didnt seem to happy with the equipment though!
Went to see Sasha on the Main stage but couldnt get anywhere close it was rammed the sound was poor stood at the back did spot him drop a Spooky tune which he played at his Bday at space ibiza last summer
Digweed was on the nail (need to petition him to play this set on his show)
Gutted i missed SOS Jimmy Van M not showing was a shame but was that Warren filling in or a look a like who ever it was he was pretty good!!! All in all a top top day out will go next year me thinks!
Ps did anybody spot the guy sliding down the outside of the Bedrock tent
