Why e6700 is more expensive than q6600?

We've been over this. It's an older component that was originally more expensive and the smaller companies will feel ripped off if they don't sell it at a higher premium. If you go with a larger retailer, the E6700 will be cheaper.
On a side note, you can get the E6850 and the Q6600 for around $266 now. Not a bad deal at all.
