in a way thats exactly what i meant by posting that pic, if he didnt want his set to be recorded then its his responsibilty to make sure that no one is recording it

p.s. never really been a fan of him, was the set any good though? i might download it just to piss him off , i passed on it the first time round

but if Clorophilla signe the contract...they've got a duty to make sure of this, even if Skizzo was an independently contracted dj (ie not a resident), they still should have checked. If nobody ever checked, I'd bet there would be quite a few more tenaglia sets online. So yeah......

If he actually got people he knew to record his sets, he could vet and edit them before they go out and everyone would be happy.

While I think his wishes and contracts should be honoured, I think his attitude sucks. He should think himself lucky we want to listen to him. Somehow I don't think he will be down here anytime soon so I wouldn't hear him at all.!!
