Prices are pretty damn high but Stoke on trent is quite far up North so much less than you would hear about in the media. Its London and the South East that is totally ridiculous at the minute. Check out properties with the link below.
I would def say go for it. I dont know anything about Stoke on Trent tbh except that some parts of it are very picturesque but I reckon it is one of those things that if you dont do u will regret whatever happens..
Plus, u will just miss one of our lovely winters.

I would love to get my Belgian citizenship, but in order to do that I'd have to give up my Canadian. For some reason, Belgium doesn't allow dual citizenship with Canada.
I say go for it Karen.....a great opportunity to do something different! You can always come back home when you want.Awww...I didn't mean A holes, as in "A holes"...I meant it like, as in, my friends....
