Most of these are all the same anyway...they work for some and not for others.

The ones that work for a MAJORITY of people are the ones that continue to be used.

If you can provide some alternatives, please do.

however, beggars can't be choosers, junior. as FM said, do some research. find one you like and suggest it to the masses. maybe people will start using it.

I paid the 10 bucks for a month of rapidshare and it's blazing for me-well worth it imho

Newmixes.com never works and with megaupload u can only download one mix, these services Suck. Rapidshare sucks as well per you can only download once and then have to to wait 2 hours 3 hours. Please provide good alternate links and stop using these per they DON'T work, thank you.

n00b alert, if ur so pissed off about these places then find the material and host it urself, people work hard to find material and also upload it for others

I don't mind throwing some money to a site for downloads, but my question is. What is the most popular site you folks use for uploading? I would just be annoyed to buy into megauploads site just to find everyone using rapidshare. Is there a preferred site to use?

^^^ It really seems to vary. Megaupload and rapidshare are what I most commonly see. I just deal with the limits...sure I'd rather not, but you deal with it...I still get all the sets I want in any given week.

...what I don't do is sit at home on my ass and go "Waaaahhh I hate megaupload! I won't download if it's megaupload!!! Why won't someone else just do all the work of reuploading it to where I want???"

sendspace.com is my site of choice. You can do multiple downloads, but you can only download so much a day. I think it's a GB off the top of my head.

And the 300mb upload limit for free use is nice unlike other sites where it's only 100mb.
