Made at Pacha presents world renowned DJ/Producer FERRY CORSTEN at Pacha New York on Friday, October 5th, 2007 along with NYC’s own Jason Jollins. With accolades including 'Best Trance DJ' at the Ibiza DJ Awards, a new F signature clothing line and a brand new global radio show, Ferry continues his dedication to dance music as equal parts great producer and as a great DJ.
This summer Ferry Corsten presented the first episode of his radio show called Corsten’s Countdown. It is the first radio show where listeners get to vote and choose the top 10 records of the month. This unique concept is the first radio show worldwide that allows listeners to actively vote on the internet and decide what the hits of the future will be. The radio show is broadcasted every Wednesday night at 2 PM US Eastern on DI.fm, every Thursday at 12 AM US ET on America’s largest satellite radio station XM Radio (www.xmradio.com) with a re–broadcast on Sunday evenings and it has just been added to Russia’s Radio Record every Wednesday at 4 PM US ET. After releasing the second release in the series of Passport compilations: Passport of United States of America, Ferry also contributed to the electronica/dance remix project of Public Enemy songs, which included including his own remix of the Public Enemy Classic “Bring The Noise” out on Ultra Records. "'Bring The Noise' is a perfect track to experiment with,” states Public Enemy's Chuck D. “Its pace, energy and lyrics make for an interesting mix of potential ideas. Ferry Corsten makes the ultimate concoction of all these elements like a mad scientist."
Now Ferry joins creative forces with iKY Clothing to complete eight new garments. Commander Salamander will be carrying one of a kind variations of the most popular designs in the Ferry Collection that are not currently available anywhere in the world. The designs will include the Record tee, Tree of Life, and the famous “Rockstar” tee that Ferry debuted while on his ‘Road to Voodoo’ bus tour last fall.
