Re: Bedrock in London tonight
Jibs where are u from mate? Didnt realise u were going. Would have been good to say hello and talk about the perils of smoking but still wishing we had a joint! lol
Absolutley ridiculous night. Digweed was fucking nailing it from the off. I normally prefer more dark, slow stuff tbh but tonight was pretty damn special. Tune of the night has to be Supermayer - The two of us- Was absolutely praying to hear that and when it actually materialised..Fuck me!!
Have some vids that ill post in next couple of days when recovered to some extent. They are prob shit but ull get the general idea! lol
Not wishing to bring up old shit, but - Refering to other threads about Sasha/digweed comparisons

Re: Bedrock in London tonight
Solid nite. The set lacked proper buildup somewhat as Digweed started to bang it out quite early on and finished with a 50min terror peaktime - some hardest shit u can hear him playing. A couple of absolutely stunning records played (the last track sticks in my mind, he also dropped it at SW4, now who can tell me what it is? ), but also I quite a lot average choonz - I had an impression he was testing alot of stuff before his Essential Mix bonanza next week. Overall Im pleased but expected a bit more . Now bring on Manchester next week!!--The world is always three drinks behind--Comment

Re: Bedrock in London tonight
It was a blinding night, plenty of room but busy and nice and cool. Couldn;t really get into any of the other rooms, but hitting the main room at 1am i knew i'd not be moving till the end. Digweed was immense, one of the best sets i've ever heard, just relentless till the end. some of the spots; Sam Ball mix of New Order - True Faith, Underworld - Crocodile, Sasha - Coma. Finshed with a edit of Lyon/Lefield - open up."Pain is only weakness leaving the body."Comment
