Just to make it clear: we did NOTHING this time but experienced a hardware failure. So do not count this in the list of downtimes because of upgrades or software problems caused directly or indirectly from us.
Hats off to Kamal though because he did everything he could to resolve the problem and he did not loose a minute so under the given circumstances the site came back in a record time. While you just browsed other sites (which was surely boring because nothing compares to [ms]
), Kamal was working all the time to get it back. Well done, bro.
