      Re: RIAA and Usenet

      This is going to become
a vehicle to develop copyright infringment filters
or some sort of software device or devices
that companies will develop and sell
      then eventually be hacked globally
getting everything back to square one.
The fundamental problem is we have generations
of people who are done with corporate entertainment.
Most people would be apt to purchase a Bob Dylan record
but the majority of mainstream artists today
seem to be viewed upon a disposable
so why spend money on their work.

All in all...I think I will be going back there some time soon

      1. Mexicans/Latinos from the South bringing drugs and killings n' shit.
      2. African Americans cause mos def they are raging a race war and want to occupy America like how the plebs occupied Wall St.
      3. Iranians/Afghans/Any one of middle eastern origin to be quite frank, cause you know Islam...
      4. North Koreans/Chinese cause you know everything...

      Am I close here?

The Recording Industry Association of America is suing usenet.com, decrying it as the next Napster, Kazaa and other peer-to-peer, illicit file-sharing sites.

        THE NEXT? lol

True, if a label isn't going to invest time and money in artist development then why should I invest my money in it?
