Re: My email to Beatport.com (IAMPISSED)
I apologize for the issues everyone has experienced with the site during these past few weeks. I’ll see if I can address some of your issues here.

Do you happen to remember which email address you sent your message to? If you still haven’t been able to update your password with the site please let me know and I’ll gladly send you a direct link to the password reset page or manually set your password for you. Please email or PM me with your username or registered email address.

Site performance has been a real sore spot for us. This is one of the bigger initiatives our IT team is tackling right now and we hope to have it all hammered out within the next couple months. I can’t go into specifics but it’s a fairly intensive process that involves implementing additional contact points worldwide and smaller application sizes amongst other things.

Have you had a chance to download using our downloader at http://www.beatportdownloader.com ? We specifically pushed this out for people who have been having issues download through their browsers. Please let us know if any of your downloads have expired and we’ll reauthorized them in your account.

I haven’t heard of any issues with disappearing crates since Beatport 2.0. If you ever run into these issues please let us know so we can look into the cause. As far as strippers in vegas are concerned…. if only that was true.

“Aunt Flo” is actually BeatportClayton. I really have no idea where he got that name from. That gave me a good laugh.
